1. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Of course! From selecting the perfect location to guiding you with prompts and natural posing, I’ll help bring your vision to life. Whether you’re going for something romantic, playful, or timeless, I’ll make sure your session feels effortless and true to your story.

2. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that plans can change, and I do my best to be flexible. For weddings and quinceañeras, your booking retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your date exclusively. However, I’m happy to accommodate one reschedule within 6 months due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may result in the forfeiture of all payments made.

For regular sessions such as portraits, family, or graduation sessions, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your retainer.

3. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! All digital files are delivered through a secure, password-protected online gallery, making it easy and safe to download and share your photos. You’ll receive an email notification once your gallery is ready. Beautiful custom albums and prints are also available upon request to help you turn your favorite moments into lasting keepsakes.

4. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! I love when clients share their ideas and inspiration. If you have a vision board or favorite poses saved on Pinterest, feel free to send them my way — it helps me capture the vibe you’re going for while adding my own creative touch to make your photos truly unique.

5. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! I actually prefer it. Meeting beforehand gives us a chance to connect, make sure we’re the right fit for each other, and answer any questions you might have. It helps the session feel relaxed, natural, and tailored to your personality.

6. How long till I receive the final photos?

I aim to deliver your images as quickly as possible while ensuring each photo is beautifully edited. During busy season, event galleries such as weddings and quinceañeras typically take 8–12 weeks, while regular sessions like family or graduation portraits take 4–6 weeks. In the non-busy season, event galleries are usually ready within 6–10 weeks, and regular sessions within 2–4 weeks. Throughout the process, I’ll keep you updated so you always know when to expect your gallery.
